The Role:
As the Marketing and Brand Manager at STORM Clothing, you will lead the charge on the creation of unforgettable brand moments through various channels including media, events, store activations, and collaborations. Your role will involve amplifying STORM's voice and vision to inspire a loyal and style-forward audience, converting trends into sales, enhancing engagement, and driving brand growth through creativity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Strategy:
- Develop, schedule, and oversee all social media content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, with a focus on driving sales, engaging the audience, and aligning with the brand's objectives.
- Enhance STORM's online presence through a strategic social media plan that aligns content with brand goals and leverages seasonal trends.
- Cultivate and maintain an active online community, engaging followers consistently to foster brand loyalty and encourage interaction.
Events & Store Activations:
- Conceptualize and execute in-store activations and brand events to create memorable customer experiences and increase foot traffic.
- Plan and coordinate event logistics, including partnerships, styling, team coordination, and brand messaging to ensure successful activations.
Brand Partnerships & Collaborations:
- Identify and establish impactful collaborations with local and international brands to expand STORM's reach.
- Develop influencer and brand ambassador strategies that elevate STORM's narrative, managing content approval and tracking performance.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to produce visually compelling content, including photoshoots, video production, and multimedia assets for various channels.
- Manage end-to-end content creation processes, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and supporting current campaigns.
Copywriting & Media Relations:
- Develop engaging brand copy across all platforms and create insightful articles, press releases, and trend reports positioning STORM as a fashion authority.
- Craft targeted media kits, pitches, and press materials for collection launches, events, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Nurture and expand relationships with key media contacts to boost brand reach and visibility.
Market Research & Analytics:
- Conduct market research to inform STORM's marketing strategy and stay abreast of industry trends and audience preferences.
- Analyse social and campaign metrics to refine future strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize advertising strategies and analyse campaign performance for maximum ROI.
Project Management & Coordination:
- Oversee and coordinate projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of all marketing initiatives.
- Manage event timelines, partnerships, and activations, collaborating with creative teams, external vendors, and partners for seamless execution.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to bring brand concepts to fruition.
About You:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and brand strategy, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing social content, events, and brand partnerships.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing and media relations.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and video editing.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyse data and apply insights to inform content and campaign strategies.
