These Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager positions are important roles within our organisation, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the Boutique by performing managerial tasks within the boutique leading the team to success.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a stylish eye for fashion and hunger for success.
• Be an experienced leader with the passion to grow your personal and your team's Styling/Retail Careers.
• Create an environment where you connect and engage with various staff and customers while providing a memorable boutique experience to shop and work at.
• Be a Stylist. You are showcasing the Storm brand. Through your exceptional presentation we want you to recognise yourself as a Stylist and inspire customers and staff by giving them confidence in how they wear Storm garments and how to style them as outfits in various ways.
